Amritsar Van Yatra

Vanyatra of BLSP, Delhi Team in Amritsar, was completed successfully. Total of 27office bearers and high end donors participated in two days (26.07.14 – 27.07.14) Vanyatra from Delhi to Amritsar.In the afternoon all the Delegates went to Wagha Border. From Wagha border the delegation went to Village Gaonwali for VidyalayaDarshan. Delegates got a warm welcome from the villagers. Villagers greeted them with flower garlands. Village Children presented a cultural program for the delegation. The delegates were very happy to see the performance of the children and appreciated the tireless efforts done by local volunteers to help and raise living standards of the villagers and the village children. From Gaonwali Village delegates headed to village PatalpuriSaptahikPathshala. The Delegation received a warm welcome on arrival. Delegates met the Samiti members.

Overall Amritsar Van Yatrawas an overwhelming experience. The delegates were very pleased to see the tireless work done by the BLSP Full Timers in the area which lead to the overall development and uplifted lifestyle in the villages of Punjab.
